How TermScout analyzes contracts
Upload a contract, review contract signals and benchmarks, and certify it with TrustMark™ if it meets market standards.
Getting started with TermScout requires only a contract to evaluate.
Step 1: Upload
Upload the agreement you want to review. This can be your own contract or one received from a vendor.
Step 2: Analyze
TermScout evaluates the contract and compares its terms to real-world market data. It generates contract signals that highlight alignment, risk, and potential deal friction.
Step 3: Review
Review the results to identify what is within market range, what may slow approval, and where changes may be needed.
Step 4: Certify
If the contract meets TermScout’s Certification Standards, it is certified with TrustMark™, signaling that it is market-aligned and ready for review.
