How does TermScout work at a high level?

TermScout analyzes and certifies contracts to make them easier to understand, compare, and trust.

At a high level, it works in two layers:

1. Contract analysis (Certify™)
TermScout reviews contracts using its Certify™ system to:

  • Analyze key terms and clauses
  • Benchmark them against market standards
  • Generate signals about risk, fairness, and quality

This turns complex legal language into structured, comparable insights.

2. Certification (TrustMark™)
Once a contract is evaluated, it can receive a TrustMark™ certification if it meets defined standards.

  • This certification acts as a clear, external trust signal
  • It helps buyers quickly understand what they’re agreeing to
  • It helps vendors build trust and accelerate deals
