Which documents are included in TrustMark™ certification?

TrustMark™ certification covers the full agreement, including the main contract and all incorporated documents, ensuring the entire contract package is evaluated against market benchmarks.

TrustMark™ certification applies to the complete contract package, not just the main agreement.

This includes the primary contract as well as any documents it incorporates or references, such as:

  • Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)

  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Policies and addenda

  • Exhibits, schedules, and attachments

If a document is part of the agreement structure, it is included in the certification.

These materials are evaluated together to ensure all relevant terms are reviewed in context.

This approach ensures that certification reflects the full set of obligations and risks within the agreement. It prevents situations where out-of-market terms are hidden in referenced documents and only discovered later during review.

By covering the entire contract package, TrustMark™ provides a more complete and reliable signal to buyers. This helps reduce surprises, limit redlines and escalations, and support faster, more confident approvals.
