TrustMark™ certification covers the agreement and supporting documents specifically included in its Scope of Review. This helps you understand exactly what was evaluated and what the certification represents.
Which documents are included in TrustMark™ certification?
TrustMark™ certification applies to the specific contractual documents and versions evaluated by TermScout within the defined Scope of Review.
Depending on the agreement, the evaluation may include:
- The primary agreement submitted for certification.
- Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Policies, addenda, exhibits, schedules, and other supporting documents expressly included in the evaluation.
Not every referenced or incorporated document is automatically covered by certification. Only documents included in the Scope of Review form part of the certified evaluation.
Customers can identify the primary agreement and included documents in the Scope of Review section of the web TrustMark page.
Certification is tied to the specific document versions evaluated and does not automatically extend to subsequent revisions, replacements, or additional agreements.
If the agreement or its included documents change, a new or updated evaluation may be required to determine whether certification remains applicable.
