TrustMark™ certification provides a trusted assessment of your agreement based on the specific documents and versions evaluated. If your agreement changes, the certification status may need to be confirmed to ensure it accurately reflects the updated terms.

 Is TrustMark™ a one-time certification or ongoing?

TrustMark™ certification applies to the specific agreement and document versions evaluated by TermScout within the defined Scope of Review.

Certification does not automatically extend to subsequent revisions, amendments, replacement documents, or other versions that were not included in the original evaluation.

If the agreement or any included documents change, an updated evaluation may be required to determine whether the certification remains applicable.

Customers can view the primary agreement and included documents under Scope of Review on the web TrustMark page. Specific document version details and evaluation dates are not currently displayed there.
